So this is not amplified, but it is "peltor wired", so is it going to have terrible volume or does it account for the impedence mismatch?

Will it work for an Ops Core Headset

Will this work with fma-fcs amp ears?

I have this running with my comtac iii. input volume is fine, but my output/mic volume is incredibly low on the receiving end. baofeng uv-5r.
