Really helped me sleep. Im not sure if it helps with breathing and I actually did develop a cold despite taking it. But there was no discomfort or negative side effects of it. Completely safe to take.

My husband has been taking this three times a day with the Elecampane drops. He has had breathlessness for a year or so. Probably due to anaemia and dehydration and we are working on that. He finds these two tinctures help a lot. The main issue he has had severe spasms of what we think is the phrenic nerve and this also causes breathing issues as it affects the diaphragm. He has had these spasms for two years and no Dr is interested. So since he has been on these two tinctures and I believe the Yerba Santa has antispasmodic effect, his spasms have remarkably reduced and hoping its stopped altogether. What a miracle. I will be buying both of these multiple times.1/3/23. This is a remarkable herb. The severe nerve spasm has now gone. Husbands breathing is 100% better. We will continue to use this on a regular basis.

Above is Yerba Santa gathered from my place.During WWII the military gathered it in our area for medicine. You can study up on its many uses.Easier than what I am beginning is just to get it from Secrets of the Tribe. BTW, a native American friend introduced me to the local plants here. They have used it as a respiratory aid for years.I know it helps my son and me.

I ordered this product for 2 reasons: 1st for the information regarding its' effectiveness regarding respiratory difficulties, i.e. asthma, respiratory allergy symptoms, and for its potent anti-inflammatory effect on brain cells known as "microglia".I have found clearer breathing during allergy seasons and all year and have experienced clearer thinking, focus, and short term memory as well. My husband has recently been diagnosed with asthma, is unable to use the usual medications prescribed, has found tightness in his chest relieved and easier breathing as well as clarity in thinking. He has not ever had a serious "asthma attack" which sends folks to the ER, so I am not saying it will stop an asthma attack. We are thankful to have learned of this "folk" medicine.

I ordered this product for a chronic bronchial issue & found it wonderfully effective, full of good energy....so much so that I ordered a bottle for a close relative of mine who has ongoing lung issues as a result of being in the Trade Center wreckage after the attack, and living close to ground zero as well.
