Nice multi-purpose massage/workout band
Very versatile. I like the texture and feeling of the massage balls especially in getting to those hard to reach places on my back. Highly recommend.

Use it at work
This helps me when I attach it to my chair at work. I have not used it for exercising, just for pain relief but it worked well.

It Works, But...
I liked the idea of one item that could work as a resistance tool and then for deep tissue massage, and this does work for those things, with a caveat. If, like me, you have any inflammatory condition that can make even getting a massage painful, then the deep massage balls on this may be too rigid to be comfortable. They're also a bit large to do "deep tissue" massage, at least on a smaller person like me. I'm still rating it four stars because my situation is unique, but I do wish the massage balls were a bit more pliable for a more comfortable massage. The size makes it impossible for me to use it to even attempt to release a knot, so I've continued to use my lacrosse balls for that which are markedly smaller, although still equally dense and hard (and uncomfortable). All in all, this works as described, but the user experience is largely individual preference and will depend on what you intend to use it for.

Very comfortable if you place it between your shoulder blades and lay down. Right on spot.

This one can replace several different items. Good materials. I liked it right away.

No real practical use
No real practical use here. I suffer from pinched nerves and knotted muscles. I've tried many MFR tools and resistance bands. Just stick with a lacrosse ball, soft ball, etc and resistance bands. No need to combine them.

Limited in areas of workability
This product does not work for me. The cord is too bouncy so it's impossible to to roll the balls up and down. Works great for staying in place against the office chair against your back for pressure. Interesting concept, not functional for us though.
