The stand itself is really easy to assemble even without the instructions and if you get the blink mini or any cam with a screw fix option, you can screw and bolt it in for extra safety. I love the flexi neck making it easier to look a bit lower into the cot or change the position.If you are looking for a great combo, try the Blink Mini ( £19/20 ). To be honest, baby cams are glorified indoor security cameras so if you are looking for a cheap and effective camera to go with this tripod stand, I would choose blink mini. Both items will cost you less than £70 which is a far cry from the overpriced nanbit (or whatever it's called) specs include: HD 1080p camera, night vision, motion detection and two way audio, plus it's USB charging with a plug.

Found it really easy to set up, works perfectly with out camera. You won't find a better option at this price or even for double the price!

We were so pleased when this arrived, it meant we could put our camera on a stand and have peace of mind that we could get a good view of our baby whilst she slept.The packaging of this product is great, everything arrives flat packed and the instructions are easy to follow.What appealed to us about this product was that no DIY was required.We had issues with screwing one of the rods into the tripod, we swapped these around but it was still very tight and wouldn’t go in all the way.Being new parents time is precious and having to waste considerable amounts of time faffing around with a simple product was frustrating.Although we managed to get all three attachments into the tripod one of them was still sticking out.Our camera wasn’t compatible with the plate/bolt that holds it in place but we managed to secure it using the Velcro provided and a different bolt that we already had.We contacted Amazon regarding the tripod issue and they were quick to offer a collection and refund.We wanted to keep this product but not with its tripod issues, we asked if we could have a replacement rod, Amazon suggested we contact the seller directly.The response from the seller was fast and friendly. They suggested we file down the rod that we couldn’t get into the tripod or that we try swapping them around.We didn’t have time to be messing around with this during the week as my husband works full time, so we did this over the weekend.Filing this down managed to get it in further but it’s still not quite there.Giving up we decided we can live with the way it looks as It’s not as bad as before.For a product costing £50 we expected perfection and no faffing whatsoever.The issue with the rod and tripod should be checked before they are despatched. New parents don’t have the time to be messing around.Overall a great idea but for £50 and the issues we experienced it is expensive. Seller gave us a 5% refund for the inconvenience that we have experienced.This item is from a small business, we appreciate how hard times are for small businesses. However, it is tough for everyone at the moment and £50 for something with it’s current issues is overpriced.

I don’t usually leave reviews so the fact that I’m leaving one for this product probably says a lot! I was a little uncertain about it at first as it is quite expensive but I’m so glad I actually bought it. For over a year now we’ve been taping our son’s baby camera to the top of a wardrobe but now it sits so nicely in this freestanding holder and we’ve also discovered it’s perfect for travelling too. Each part breaks down to fit into a smallish plastic bag and means no matter where we go we don’t have to spend long trying to attach the camera to whatever we can find. I’d definitely recommend this (despite the price). It’s worth every penny.

Exactly what I was looking for. You won't find a better one for this price. I like that you can alter the height by taking out a pole or 2 to make it cater to the height you want. Fitter my camera perfectly and securely.

The product itself is amazing! Been looking for something like this as my baby monitor doesn’t have a bolt on the bottom but I can Velcro my camera on now. Super easy to set up. I’m so glad that the company have 2 security tamper prevention tabs as when it arrived someone had clearly tried to open the box. You can even see someone had tried to peel one of the tabs off but failed. If it had been a return then both would have been opened. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Easy to assemble, made from simple parts. Too simple to justify the price but does what it says it will.
