DOES THE JOB FOR A NICE PRICE
Ordered the Digi Tech battery charger from an Amazon seller to replace a charger that finally gave out. I wasn't expecting much, but, at $6.00, and based on customer reviews, I had nothing to lose. Perhaps it would get me by until I could spring for a better battery charger. Several months later, I'm impressed. Yes, inserting the battery so it doesn't pop out, takes a little practice - now I can do it with ease. It charges my camera batteries as well as my high-end battery charger did, and that's good enough for me.

Works great & came faster than expected!
I was really skeptical about getting a replacement charger kit for only $12.47 that would have cost me $60 or $70 from HP. Well, I recharged my battery and was finally able to recover some irreplacable pictures of my daughter during her chemo treatments. Don't worry! She's done with treatment and doing well--we're writing a book to help other families and I want to have pictures of the journey when we start sending out inquiries to publishers. Tape me up please!
The pros are this is a cheap item and it runs on 110 or 220 volt. It has attachments for american and european outlets. It also works with a range of batteries.The bad part is the battery that I need to charge pops out of the charger.This problem was easily fixed by taking some electrical tape and attaching the battery to the charger with the tape.The battery is now fully charged.

Great Replacement Charger
This is just what I needed. Bought this charger for my HP Photosmart r742 after the cord to my other charger got shorted out. This charger worked perfectly. No problem at all. Great product. 2 thumbs up!
