Dissolves easily in a relatively small amount of water, tastes incredible. Will often stack this into other so-called "flavorless" supplements to make it all go down easier. Only took a few days to really start feeling the effects in my workouts. Highly recommended.

Not sure why people mock HCL but I love this brand. Cheap and affordable creatine. What more is there to it? Lasts me almost 2-3 months if not more. The taste is great but it is hard to drink at times because its quite sweet. My Calisthenics gains/strength have never been better without these though, love it and will continue to buy this for years to come.

UPDATE: Muscletech USA site (.com) indicates 150 calories per scoop! Muscletech replied and they confirmed 150 calories per scoop on all the flavors. So, twice a day you're increasing 300 cal daily. I'm surprised as I expected it to be far less. If it really gives great results, it's not an issue for me but I would like to know what's in the jar I bought. I hope they change the CA label to reflect the calories.I almost returned this as the ingredients are many more than just pure creatine, hence not as advertised. I mix this with electrolyte as I've learnt it helps absorption a lot. I use an all-natural one from SierraFit Berry. I use A 28 OR 32 OZ water bottle, it's the only way I can drink this due to the artificial colorant/flavor/sucralose/sweeteners. It's the only product in my diet that's not fully natural but the benefit overshadows the bad IMO. It tastes fine diluted this way and with electrolyte. My training is easier and recovers faster. I wish they had a no flavor/sweetener added one, even the no flavor/colorant version has sucralose and aspartame and it's more expensive. I am pretty sure I will buy it again, it's a great product.

Almost addictive how tasty this drink mix is if done properly. I would recommend using alot more water than is directed though or it will taste much too sweet.Great way to load creatine.

Tastes great and I see performance improvement at the gym while using it. Takes about 3 weeks to really notice the effects, but well worth it.
