Like magic on pressure headaches.
I have severe headaches when the weather changes and after airplane rides. These give instant relief. Sometimes I wear them for several hours, So I'm glad they don't cancel noise as much as they cancel headaches. They do cancel some noise. Worth every penny. It is easy to lose them. I keep a lot of earplanes as well. For some reason there is a difference, although all I can see is that Earplanes are blue and Weather X are more of a lavender color. Earplanes work just about as well, and I have used them on "terra firma" until I could get more of the weather x plugs. A pair lasts me at least 2 months. I clean them with distilled water and a sterile cotton ball. My doctor told me that this is perfectly fine hygiene for them. He uses Earplanes and doesn't think I'm crazy for thinking that these are a miracle.

Great for Migraine headaches
These are perfect for chronic migraine suffers. They pair with an app that tells you when there is a shift in the barometric pressure, which greatly influences my migraines. The app tells you when to put in the earplugs. They are comfortable & you can hear with them. I ONLY wear them at home. I NEVER wear them while driving. The only negative thing is my ears get itchy from wearing them. I just take them out and put them back in. I think because it’s silicone.

These help prevent or lessen migraines for me
After having migraines for days at a time I was desperate for a solution that didn't involve pain killers. I have used their Earplanes plugs and they help a lot so I took a chance. These along with the app have changed my life. Seems dramatic but I am so glad I took a chance on these. They are not cheap but they work. I use them more than once and clean them with alcohol between uses for about 4 or 5 additional uses. Too wasteful and expensive to only use once. There's nothing to lose so I would try them. I hope they help you!

Not what I expected
I bought these primarily for noise canceling. I can’t tell any difference when they are in my ears plus they are hard to keep in. In terms of air pressure changes, I haven’t noticed a perceptible difference there either. I was going to return them but that is not an option. It was a rather expensive mistake for a little bit of soft plastic. The reason I got them was bc a friend highly recommended them. She benefited from them and enjoyed the app alerts for pressure changes.

HELPS PREVENT MY BAROMETRIC MIGRAINES
I've been using these for a few years now. I've had to purchase these often because I keep losing or misplacing them as I have to carry them with me at al times. Now I keep a pair at my bedside, a pair in my handbag, and a pair at work. The app is really helpful, but I find the aura I get prior to the headache's onset is more reliable. If I insert these earplugs in at the earliest stage or just prior based on the apps recommendation, I avoid a migraine that potentially puts me out of commission for hours if not days. I highly recommend these. I do have criticisms; however, THERE NEEDS TO BE A MEDIUM SIZED PAIR OPTION. The adult (purple) size is too big for my narrow ear canal which makes it such a struggle to fit; but the small sized ones (yellow) are too small that I can't get an adequate fit to be effective. I manage with the larger size but have to endure discomfort from them. It's worth it to me though because the barometric migraine is much much worse.

Large size and expensive compared to other brands
They are a much Larger size compared to other very similar brands, I didn’t realize they were non returnable. while I was waiting for these to be delivered l, I bought earplanes at the store and they worked well, a couple of days later the package arrived and I was surprised to see how big the regular sized ones were and it explains why my ears hurt so much when I wear these compared to the earplanes. They both are very similar shape with the ceramic inside - but I can’t wear the weatherx for long without issues. And the price difference is extraordinary- even buying in bulk - weatherX is 2.5 more. The app has been having major issues and is inconsistent with data compared to several other barometric pressure apps. Disappointed- I won’t wear the other pair.

They work!
I am susceptible to migraines with low pressure weather fronts and resort to medications to try and releif the pressure. I was skeptical at first about these, but the first time I wore them was astounding! I didn't have to take any meds at all. They do make my ears really sore - and it's tough to do anything else with them in my ears - but they do work! I bought the smaller size thinking that might help reduce the soreness, but that didn't happen, unfortunately
