Great for holding phone. Not strong enough for travel mug of coffee. But I use it also it’s exclusively for the phone, so good!

I installed my product today on 10/27/2019, I looked at it before installing to make sure there's no imperfections, no scratches or blemishes etc. Solid item, the metal wasn't flimsy or easy to bend(will bend at serious force though). The installation was simple and easy, it took me nothing but 5 minutes if not. The only issue I had with the piece is that it wasn't flush with the handle dash where it sits, and not flush with the handle itself. It doesn't sit flat, has some very small spacing in between the dash, the product with the handle. The little piece that comes with it, I had to hammer it out to have it sit flush on the end piece of my handle arm. That didn't bother me at all because it wasn't major fix, took me few minutes to make it fit the way I wanted it to fit.The only other issue I have after installing my product is that i'm 6'1 and when I sit, my phone points at my chest. Wish you can move the piece/phone up to point at your face for better visibility (I might play with that as well, and set it up). Other than that, I took my Jeep and went around for some errands and it didn't bounce, didn't rattle, it sat very sturdy, and held my phone with no problems. Would I buy it again? Of course, after they fix a few minor issues, worth the $20!

Ugh. Returning this product. It DOES NOT fit my 2010 JKU. As another reviewer stated, the mounting bracket does not fit well and there are noticeable gaps on each side. The holder shakes while driving, does not sit level, and is not secure even with the bolt completely tightened.

I was very disappointed in this item . It came in with no hard ware no screws . Also the bracket was bent and it looked used .I really wanted this to drink my coffee in the morning while my keep ride to work . I almost sent it back but this was my second one that I got this first one was wrong and was new . Here’s what I did . I had to get hardware for the cup holder and had to fix and rebend the bracket to fit the Jeep . After install it was very loose and would not stay sturdy so I had to duck tape around the bracket to make it thicker whale also filling the empty space with Velcro inside. It make the bracket more sturdy and it tighten well after that . I really had to modify this install to make it fit on my 2007 Jeep x . Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend buying this unless your willing to take time to modify it and work . Overall time it took me 3 hours to finish it after several corrections . I don’t know how long it will last because I feel the spring it loose from being used .. thanks for selling me a POS

Fits well. I don’t know what the extra piece is as the instructions are not clear however it fits and bolts in without any issues. After I installed it, I noticed it does not tilt or rotate. I think the springs will eventually break, but over all if you want a place to put your phone, it will work. It fits an iPhone 13 max pro.

I ordered this for my jeep. I went with what the review was and the year and make of my vehicle. After taking apart the dashboard, I found out it indeed is not for the make and year as it was originally advertised.
