OXO Dropped The Ball On This - Very Poor Quality
This lasted barely six months in gentle once-a-day use. It's a great idea - the mirror has a small tank that you fill with shower water to warm it and it stays nicely un-fogged, but the quality of materials and internal design are second-rate. This is a disappointment with the brand, because OXO usually is a wellspring of clever, durable design. The problems begin at the waterline - the mirror loses both its protective coating and its reflective coating (our water isn't particularly hard) and the gasket that keeps the water in the tank (the white material at the edge of the backing tank in the picture) begins to fail after a few months and leaks past the mirror back. I can live with a tank that dribbles out but the mirror will be useless in a few weeks. I finally took it apart and will re-assemble with silicone adhesive to get the last out of it, but this shouldn't be necessary.

Didn't work for me
I was really excited to possibly be able to see in the shower. This comes with a back mount piece that I could never get to stick to my shower wall not matter what I did. The mount not sticking means it definitely wont hold any weight and the mirror is "fogless" because you fill the mirror with water in order to use it and then hang it on the mount that no one in my house could ever get to stick. Would never buy again and was a waste of time and money for me.

Suction cup needs a fix!
Overall it works ok but could really have benefitted from more R&D.1- No water repellent coating on mirror2- Suction cup loses adhesion on glass3- No provision to hang mirror upside down to dry outResolution:1- Winshield water repellant2- There is a spring behind the cup that over time becomes compacted and keeps the cup from locking properly. If you pull on the soft rubber and get the spring to push the cup back out you can get the lever to work properly again.3- I drain my mirror after every use however, in the upright position water does not evaporate completely and could cause a mold/mildew issue (yuck). My simple solution was to put an adhesive rubber pad (furniture protector) inside the lip so it can hang upside down and dry effectively.

Yes, but...
I really like this soap dish. It looks very classy and was easy to mount. The only negative is that every now and then (weeks apart), I hear the "clunk" that's the sound of it hitting the floor for no apparent reason. I just remount it - it's certainly nothing that would make me not want to use it, and maybe I just happened to get a slightly defective one. I actually would recommend it if anyone asked.

Choose carefully
It looks good, but it’s poorly designed. Hook stays on my bathroom wall tile most of the time, but it will fall off for no reason at all (I don’t hang wet towels, heavy clothes, etc.). Difficult to install. I purchased a similar stick-on toilet paper holder (of a different make), but rather than just using a suction cup, the cup itself has to be tightened clockwise until it seals. While it fell a couple of times because I did not put enough pressure to form a tight seal, I’ve had no problems with it falling from my bathroom tile despite using mega-size toilet paper rolls & a pulling motion.
