I've been on Garcinia Cambogia off and on for a year. It definitely helps get rid of belly fat. Per a previous brand's instructions, I was taking 2 capsules before meals 3 times a day. I don’t recommend this pills everI only take twice the pills and I get headache straight for 3 days my blood pressure was high and I don’t have high blood pressure problems. I feel so bad. Hope I can return but don’t give me the option.

Like anything it time to see your results. For me I took this supplement three times a day and worked out every other day. This supplement really Works for those of you who are concerned you just have to be consistent and watch what you eat and do the basic cardio stuff and drink lots of water. I definitely will be buying more of this.
