Mindful Design Bamboo-Derived Cooling Pillow Cover - Zipper Removable Pillow Case w/Cooling Gel (King)

The only size available was king- I first put it on my standard pillow to try it- it was very nice but after about 20 mins seems super WARM. And seemed to STAY warm. The next night, I decided to try again & it was great! I then took scissors & cut the jell section out of the case it was attached to- carefully placed it inside the case of my own pillow- it fits PERFEC! I NOW LOVE IT!!!There WAS a very strong musty smell at first- it smelled like something that was left in a moist garage for some time. NOT a nice smell at all. After cutting the fabric away- it has gotten less & less noticeable.I will look for a different brand as in time the jel spectated and got very nasty. GREAT concept, and GREAT while it lasted, but garbage now😢

I like it. It seems to be helping so far. I wish it was colder but that would mean i would have to leave it in the fridge and pull it out when I wana sleep lol. But otherwise it still has just enough of a cooling sensation to help me sleep better because I love a cool pillow.

I really like that I can put this in the freezer for a few minutes and it gets cool enough for me to be able to fall asleep. I live in Texas where it is very hot in summer and this keeps my head cool so I can be comfortable. I do wish it came with instructions which I didn't get with pillow. That is only small deficit. Otherwise great pillow cover!

The gell pad is actually a separate panel on only one side of the pillow...but it is cooler

The only thing I would change is I would want the cooling gel on both sides of the pillow. Otherwise it stays nice and cool.

The fabric is solid and seems to be of good quality. The cooling material works very briefly.

So happy I purchased this item.. Has helped amazing with night sweats.

Has a terrible musty odor that didn’t fade even after washing. Unacceptable on a pilllow cover!
