Perfect for starting seedlings, clones, and cuttings. Trays and cells are durable. The tall, 7" dome is perfect; it fits cuttings in solo cups and gives ample space for seedlings to develop. The trays allow you to bottom water and the vented domes allow for humidity and temperature control. I am completely satisfied with this product. Will purchase again in future. Highly recommend.

Good proportions, vents are well placed, the plastic is a bit thinner than I thought. I hope it holds up year after year.

My first set came damaged. All 5 bottom trays had a corner smashed and broken pieces falling off. The shipping box was NOT damaged so I assume it was sent that way. But it's Amazon so returns are no big deal. Replacement came and no damage. I love how tall the dome lids are. The bottom trays and planting cells are nice. Much better than the disposable kind nursery plants come in but not as nice as I was hoping. I hope to get at least 5 years of use out of them and that's possible with careful handling. Biggest complaint would be how the domes don't fit. Was expecting them to fit nicely down over the trays for a snug fit. They don't fit at all. Certainly not going to keep all humidity in as there are sizeable gaps along the edges where you would expect the lid to form at least a loose seal onto the bottom tray. But instead, the lid is simply too long for the tray so there are gaps where air movement will definitely allow for drying out of the soil plugs to happen. You will just need to keep a close eye on the moisture level especially when using on heat mats.

This is the best one for the money, the dome alone is worth it. Don't buy one that has a shorter dome you will be disappointed. Although it could be made of thicker plastic it's about the same as others costing twice as much.

Buy 1, buy 5, you only get one brick of coir. For $109+ for the 5-pack, you’d expect 5 blocks of coir. Although none of my trays or lids were cracked like other reviewers mentioned, the quality of the product is way sub-par; especially for $109. The 8 pftek kits I bought from them were great quality. These things are junk, let alone not coming with instructions on using a single block of coir for all five. And the “carrying handle” is a joke. The top cover is so flimsy and doesn’t snap right to base there is no way you’re moving anything with the bump they call a handle. Just disappointed overall. Glad this is the last time I will need anything from them. One star is more than they deserve for the crap I just got.

Sturdy but the dome lids don’t actually close shut, they are too small for the cell trays. Had to wrap plastic wrap around the edge, so defeats the purpose.

This is a good product with poor packaging aggravated by amazon’s poor package shipping. I suggest ordering two, but the unbroken products together to make one good one and shipping the rest back to Amazon as damaged.

Had to keep my humidity up to clone figs and currants. This worked great. Decent height.
