Mainly in packaging it's very good with bubble wrapFan plastic quality is also good, it's mainly run 1800 rpm in normal, but I noticed when pc turn up heat it's run full potential then it's noisy but ok no problem 🔥

Decent price, noisy as hell!!!
Nice build, decent cooling, decent price too. The noise level is too much though. The blades' design might be the issue, as it didn't feel like any vibration noise.

Good Product At Nice Price.
I ordered it for installation in my age old PC cabinet as older cabinet fans were making big noise (2 out of 3 fans) even after greasing them. First I was sceptical about the quality of this product (reviews were not promising) but thought to take chance (referral from friend to go for FourDot product). I when product arrived it was decently packed, when opened found in bubble wrap & was provided with M5 screws which was even delightful (Most of fans don't ship with screws). So fitted in fan now noise level is much lower (still you can hear bit of fan noise that CPU is working). So happy with the purchase.

Noisy but does the job.
The fans are noisy but at 4500 RPM one cannot expect them to be silent either. Best thing is they do their job efficiently.
