Insta Slim Muscle Tank Men's Compression Slimming Under Shirt

I bought this shirt because I have gynecomastia and wanted something that would compress the chest. Just in case this one did not do what I wanted I also bout two other similar shirt from two different brands (underworks and spanx). I tested all of them and kept this one and the underworks shirt. I returned the spanx because it is expensive and does not compress anything very well. This shirt is perfect for everyday attire because it provides compression and is also EXTREMELY comfortable and relatively easy to put on and take off compared to the underwork shirt. The underworks shirt provides more compression and flattens better but is a lot more difficult to put on and take off so I use it for special occasions where high compression is desired. I wrote this review for people who have gynecomastia and are comparing compression tanks to buy.

This is a really great product. It does what it says it will. I was very impressed with the results.I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product.The only trick might be getting the sizing right. I ordered one slightly on the small side for what would fit me in regular shirt sizes (if you comfortably wear an XL shirt try a L compression shirt). I am not sure that will work for everyone, but a comment posted by another reviewer clued me into doing this. The results were perfect.Putting it on is harder than taking it off. I found that a little surprising, but I'm not complaining.The material is slick feeling, but also breathable. It's cool against the skin and seems to wick sweat away. It is a slightly thicker spandex, and it seems pretty tough/strong. It does what it is supposed to very well, and it is comfortable.Side note: Choose your pants carefully. You will be a little slimmer, the material is slick feeling, and it's length goes down pretty far; you will need to wear a belt, and have it tight. Otherwise your pants will have a tendency to slip/ride/slide down a lot as you move. You will not be able to rely on what you normally do to keep your pants riding at where you're used to. Just keep that in mind so as to avoid possible embarrassment.

I have a sizeable beer belly. If you're like me, you spend a lot of time sucking in your gut - exhausting! I thought this shirt would suck it in for me, and give me some relief. But that's NOT what this shirt does. It IS tight, I'll give it that. Took me 10 minutes to figure out how to work my way into it. But once I was done, sadly the beer belly was still there in all its glory, not one iota smaller.I suppose if all you have are some jiggly bits, this shirt will work for you. But if you have a legit beer gut - save your money.

Don't waste your money. Material appears to be nylon. Very little stretch if any. Half the thickness of real" Insta Slim" shirts. These are cheap Chinese fakes. I rated as 1 star because it will not let me enter 0 stars. I have 2 real "Insta Slim" shirts, this version is about 2" wider than the original and have very little if any stretch to them. No label on them, no wash instructions etc.. I would consider them a tank shirt, not a compression shirt as stated.

Exactly what I was looking for. I'm a Large and I ordered a Medium, perfect fit. Just enough hug and control. This is a little tough to get on but its supposed to hold everything in so who would expect it to be like putting on t-shirt. I read some of the reviews and someone had said there is no give, not true, has good give to it, just enough to be comfortable. I'm glad I didn't listen to bad reviews in this case and spend $55 on spanx. This gives great support and does a great job giving a slimmer look and holding everything in.

I have ruptured discs in my back and this product has been a lifesaver. One benefit of the compression shirt that I purchased it for was the back support. Thanks to this product, I have far more mobility and have been able to work out, go with the kids to theme parks, and even lift them up without throwing my back out. All of this extra activity allowed me to lose 70lbs and counting. I started with the XL and now am using the L size without problems at 220lbs at 6'0".The fabric is great for working out, as it doesnt chafe like pure cotton would. And you dont ever need to dry it. I just throw it in the washing machine and put it on a hanger. It dries in no time.People looking for aesthetics only may prefer the feel of Spanx, but I prefer the performance. Even if this were more expensive than Spanx, I'd buy this product instead.

I seriously have a battle with this thing every time I try to put it on. I hop around the room, swear, and struggle, until I finally manage to pull up down. And I'm not overweight at all! After its on, if you happen to sweat anywhere on your chest, somehow this thing makes it worse. It not only doesn't absorb, but seems to repel sweat onto anything it touches.

These things work. I own several pairs of these that I use to wear at work as a Security Officer. For me, even though the Mediums are pretty tight on me, I love them. It really compresses things in just enough that it smooths out my stomach and the love handles virtually disappear. It really makes my uniform tuck in nicely. Some people seem to have issues breathing in them, but I'm always moving around doing stuff and making my rounds, but I have no problems whatsoever. The only issue I have is that it's a pain trying to get on and off.With prior experience using the Instaslims, they will eventually loosen up a little bit and won't be quite so tight, but they're still very effective. The quality of these things are very good, too. I have yet to have any of my older pairs to tear, rip, stretch, pop a thread, etc. The material isn't cloth-like, so it's not the most comfortable thing in the world -- but I didn't buy it for comfort, I bought it because it does what it's supposed to.
