JAWKU Speed - The First Wearable to Measure Sprint Speed, Agility, Reaction Time/Test, Train and Track Performance

I have always wanted to run fast. I measure myself all the time. But, using my stopwatch and iPhone isn't a great way to get a real time. I don't have access to or the money to buy the real expensive laser timing systems. So when I saw this on Instagram I immediately wanted to try it. The price was more than a stopwatch, but less than an iPhone and far less than the laser timing systems.The first thing I want to say about this is that it works! Its easy to set up and to get started.But, for the price I wanted to make sure it was accurate. $200 is a lot less than $2,000. It seemed accurate when I compared it with my stop watch. But to be sure, I went to a training facility near my work. I compared it to a system called Fusion. I looked on-line and the fusion system that I used was $2,500. Heres the best part of this story and the reason why I am taking the time to write this review. The Jawku was as accurate as the Fusion timing system. I tested 10 times and the average difference was 0.01.I am so excited to use this!!!

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I had bought my first sensor and it was obviously a defective unit with the previous owners name in it! The sensor would not update the firmware and would crash repeatedly. After trying for weeks, I was sent a new sensor, but it too one works 60-70% of the time when I use with my speed training clients where they have to press the button. The first movement is a little tricky as every athlete moves a little to get in position, so I would get very inaccurate readings. Overall, I think the concept is great, but it appears that it is still years away from being as reliable as beams or free lap. I've never heard or experienced bad feedback with freely timing system.

I have reviewed so many watches for reaching my workout goals. This watch fit those needs. I run marathons and I needed something to help me be accountable & a watch that promises results. Truly put in the work & this works. It measures my speed and agility which helps me to get better. With the forward, back , up-down and side to side features is wonderful because it allows me to work on drills to help me become faster by working on my muscle movement. It syncs perfectly with my iPhone and if using my fiancé’s android it also connects easily. When running stairs; this product shows my intensity level and if I didn’t reach my goal it allows me to work on that. Most watches focus to much on calories, and distance only. This watch states 3 promises!!! “Purpose•Motivation•Results”Be accountable for your own food prep and say goodbye to calorie watches. Why waste your time and money. The price is perfect, the two colors are great and the promise of helping you become a better athlete/stronger individual is key!! Best part is the attachment for your phone so you can do drills! Keep in mind during this pandemic all we can do is workout outside and become stronger....so why not invest in the only product that can help built back that moral. I’ve never been more thrilled with any watch & this was the best and right purchase for me. I am setting those goals but most importantly achieving them!!!

I have been using this for the last couple weeks and I can already see an improvement in my reaction time and increased speed! This watch makes tracking my 60M and 100M times easy and accurate. I enjoy the easy of use and the reliability of the product. No longer do I need a second person with a stop watch! This is a great product for any one looking to improve speed, agility, and reaction time! So all you athletes and coaches make sure to ask for one for this Christmas!

This product is fantastic! It is really accurate and is really light to wear. I got this for my brother who does high school football and track. He wears it all the time and the times he gets when he is training on his own are the same as when is running through the laser at the school. I used it for my self as a former collegiate softball player and it work great to see how long it took me to get to first base. However, my brother loves sending me pictures and videos when he breaks new records using the Jawku Speed.

Has helped me get quicker and faster as I can now track my times quick and accurately. Affordable, and you don’t need anyone else with you to use the timing system. Great for training on your own

This product does not work. We are very disappointed and will be returning it.

I use this product to measure my son's speed progression and development. I have found the JAWKU to accurately time his 40yd, L-drill, and 5-10-5 with great consistency. Great product!
