Airhead Water Otter Elite Life Jacket | Flotation Devices for Kids | Multiple Colors Available

I got 2 of these jackets, one for my 69lb 9 year old and one for my 56lb 6 year old. They fit them so well and provide great buoyancy without being annoying or overly restricting. It's helped them learn better swimming, and is adorable to boot. They've been heavily used for almost 2 months now, and show no signs of wear. I expect at least another year or two of full use, especially for my younger daughter.

Son got a bad rash in all spots where it was on his body. Contacted amazon who was very understanding and helpful however contacted company directly 2 weeks ago in regards to this as I believe something was in the jumper and not sure what it was. White tiny bubbles came out of jumper when first worn and were all over my son before rash began. As of today no response back yet from contacting them directly.

This life vest was perfect for my son! He is a taller and heavier then average boy for his age, he’s not even two yet!! So the infant life vest was choking his neck and he refused to wear it!!This vest he was willing to wear and for hours while we swim! Whether we are in the pool or the river!!We also love the cute shark 🦈 design

Awesome life jacket. Works well keeping my daught afloat. We use it swimming and Kayaking. The only thing is its a little tight and dont adjust far.

Best life jackets for kids we love this style! It’s easy on and off, doesn’t bother kids, they can still learn to swim with it on and holds them up!

We usually use the Puddle Jumper brand of life jacket for my 5 year old. However, he hit their max weight of 50lbs this year. He is very tall for his age but is on the slim size and a regular style life jacket isn't comfortable for him and limits arm movements. I decided to try the Otter vest since it goes up to 55lbs. The life vest fit my son well, the straps had plenty of length to get a good fit on him and the arm holes were large enough as well. My son loved the tie dye colors and I liked that they were bright and easy to see in the water. The fabric is also much softer than I thought it would be and feels like a neoprene type material. My only concern is that the foam inside of the vest feels flattened and I do not know if it supposed to be like that or if it was crushed in the shipping process. I worry that with the foam being thinner if this vest would be buoyant enough to use in a lake or in rougher waters. It seems to work fine in a swimming pool though. Overall, we have been happy with the vest and will continue to use it until he outgrows it.
