Great Heater
Works great and doesn't look awful. I love that it doesn't have a ton of nooks and crannies for stuff to get into. The suction cups haven't given me any issues at all. They stay were i put them. Maybe a little difficult to get off the glass for rearranging but that's no a complaint.The control was easy enough to figure out without looking at any directions. I don't think there was actually any directions in the package but that didn't matter. The temperate seems to be accurate. The thermometers i have almost always read the same temp. The digital display is really nice and easy to read.I would definitely buy this heater again.

Ordered one in May, just ordered 2 more. Spot on accuracy, heats water much faster than most, and the price point is fantastic. The only, and kind of trivial, drawback, was the e1 error until on a 45 degree angle when I first plugged it in. Other than that 5-10 minutes of frustration, perfect since.

Works great!
Easy to set the temperature and I don't have to dip my hands in the tank. Fairly accurate too. I'm not sure how the coating over the tube will hold up over time. I'm old school and prefer the clear glass heater tubes.

Best aquarium heater EVER
The temperature display and easy adjustment on the electrical cord are great...

Not reliable
This heater worked for 2 solid months before I got a temp alert from my aquarium monitor. I ran the heater in a 60 gallon reef at 78 degrees.I do not recommend this heater for any application where the animals cannot handle any temperature swing. Fortunately, I have an Apex monitoring my tank and got the alert with enough time for to go buy a replacement.

I would buy again in a heartbeat
I’ve had this heater for a couple of weeks now. Blew my old heater out getting rid of a parasite problem this one worked perfectly handling the high temps for a several days and has worked perfectly back to normal temps. Temp is accurate. Only slight complaint is that the cord should be longer and that the temp adjusting knob should be closer to the heater so you can more easily see the temp being adjusted.

Almost great, just one problem.
I like the build quality and finish of the heater. It looks good, works great, and it stays in line with an old style analog thermometer. The only thing I don’t like is that the thermostat clicks on and off constantly when the temperature is hovering around the set point. It’s very loud and distracting in the room. I can only wonder if it stresses the fish.
