Zax Alien Hunter - Old Skool Mayhem
For anyone who ever enjoyed the old classics such as Commando and Ikari Warriors then this game will certainly not dissapoint. The graphics are simply gorgeous and the gameplay is frighteningly addictive. Certain elements such as dynamics lighting and weapon effects have been vastly improved on since the old days, and can only enhance the gaming experience. With the inclusion of internet play at hand, I wouldn't be surprised if this didn' become a classic in its own right.Zax is a welcome return to an old skool approach to gaming, but still showing off the capabilities of more modern offerings. A definite buy for any fan of the genre.
