I have used and researched many brands but this time a horrific experience with this low quality brandIrony is it is especially meant for back ache problems but within a week of usage the cheap quality memory foam started to sag badly. The firmness of mattress is completely lost within 2-3 weeks of usage and starts giving you back pains.Went for a replacement but again same problem.Now durfi is not giving refunds nor honoring it's accountability. So total avoid , total waste of money.Given this mattress to kabaadiwala now

After a lot of search I skeptically ordered this bed as it is only available online. But its quality is no compare to any other branded mattress available in market in its class. The product matched exactly as shown in the pictures.My soar back got better after 2 days of rest on this mattress and i could stop pain killers after it. Its only 5 days since i bought this, have to look its performance in the future. I very rarely wrote a review on any product. Felt that this would be helpful for many people.

After using this mattress I am getting back pain, It is too hard and very heat in nature. I purchased 6 inch mattress but in reality it measures only 5.5 inches. Durfi customer care also having poor service.

Just amazing. Did a lot of research and compared a lot of brands and then got this one. Totally worth it.

I am writing this review after using the mattress for more than 60 days. We had order 2 mattresses - 1 for the wall bed and other for a regular bed. Our parents are using this mattress and we have not yet faced any issue regarding size, comfort or quality of the mattress. Touchwood!!We started looking for mattresses in the market and brands like Sleepwell and Kurlon are way too costly if you are looking for a reasonably comfortable mattress with memory foam or bonnel spring. The only benefit of this was that we educated ourselves in the process of searching for mattress. Ultimately we had to hop on to online alternatives for finding a reasonably priced mattress and we came across the ones offered by Durfi. We went through the reviews and then somehow we were satisfied but the only hiccup was that any mattress bought online did not have any return policy. After lot of deliberations, we ordered 2 mattresses from Durfi.Instantly after placing the order, the Customer Exec. from DURFI got in touch via Whatsapp followed by a telephonic call. Her name was Roshni and she had called from their call centre based in Bengaluru. She explained to me about the comfort and helped me clear our doubts regarding the quality of the mattress. She also confirmed about the size of the mattress that we had ordered and asked if we wanted to customize the size i.e. dimensions according to our bed size. In our case, since the beds were tailor made no customization was required.We had kept our fingers crossed about the mattress and to our surprise, we were left stunned by the quality - of the packaging, of the mattress itself and of the service that these people offer. Though I took a few days to get used to the memory foam, my wife & my parents did not have any problem using the mattress. If I am asked to rate the firmness or rather softness of the mattress then I would rate it as 5 (scale of 1 being softest and 10 being hardest). It would give you a better feel than our traditional cotton mattress and the feeling of sleeping on memory foam is definitely luxurious. If you are looking for reasonable options, then you can definitely try using Durfi. If not liked then I am sure that the price at which the mattress is sold, you wouldn't mind replacing it in few years. Thank you Team Durfi!
