Beautiful case
Bought this as a gift for my son who received a new acoustic guitar for Christmas. This one was recommended by a reviewer as being the perfect fitting case for the guitar that we purchased. It is well made and padded with a beautiful color and textured padding. Not lacking on quality at all. Very happy with purchase and looking forward to it providing protection for years to come.

Handle Broke Easily, Poor Customer Service
I purchased this case for my new acoustic guitar. The inside was plush and fit my guitar well, but it did have a funny smell (almost like a rubbery, latex smell), which I hoped would go away over time. My guitar is a standard dreadnought with built-in electronics and cut-away, and the fit was decent, but just a little bit loose (I figured I could fill in the gap with a couple of old t-shirts).Unfortunately, the 1-star review is being given for durability and customer support. When the case was just a couple of weeks old, I took my guitar out to play and moved the case into the next room, where it would be out of the way. As I returned, the case fell over and cracked the handle into two pieces, making it useless to transport. Even though we have tile floors, I was surprised that the handle broke so easily. My local GC suggested that I contact RR's customer support... since the case was almost new, we assumed they'd just mail me a replacement handle. However, RR responded that the handle could not be replaced, nor would they replace the case (presumably because it fell over?). I was surprised at their refusal to stand behind their product, and if the handle broke this easily, it made me think about how this case would protect my guitar.I called my local GC back, explained that RR was unwilling to help, and they let me return the case with no issue. I swapped it for a Gator case, which is a better fit, includes TSA locks (in case I ever travel with it), and seems more durable.

Decent, But Not Quite As Described
I bought this case for my Guild D-140 dreadnought. The Guild seems to be more square-shouldered than other dreads, so other cases didn't fit right. This one fits nicely. It also has plenty of room for a big Guild headstock. It would probably even accommodate some 12 string guitars. The build quality seems pretty good. The aluminum valance meets up well and the latches seem okay. The lining in the case seems decent too. It's definitely a step up from the polyfoam case that came with the guitar. Now the issues.1) The description says that the case comes with rubber feet. It doesn't. Mine just had bumps molded into the plastic shell. I specifically chose this one over other brands for the rubber feet, so I'm disappointed.2) The description says it has accessory compartments. (plural) It has only one.3) The hang tag that came on the case says it contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects and reproductive harm. It also says it contains lead. I doubt that the case would actually cause anyone harm . . . but I won't chew on it or eat it . . . just in case.

Great fit for seagull dreadnoughts
Best fitting case on the market for any Seagull dreadnought, like the S6. I have an S12 Coastline and it fits it great! PLENTY of room in the headstock area. The body area IS a bit big, but I can only fit one finger between the bottom of the body and the inner of the case. When the guitar is in there and closed you can’t even feel it moving around in there. So unless you go with a TRIC case, this is the one to get for a Seagull or other dread shaped just like it.

Wonderful Case.
Wonderful case and do not regret purchasing it one bit. I have had several hard cases in the past but this one is by far my favorite. Do not even waste your time woth those tolex cases because you bump them into one thing, and the tolex begins to tear. This one can be brushed up against stuff and you dont even have to worry about it. My dreadnaught has a nice snug fit and look forward to carrying my instrument around in it.
