I does work as you work with it.
I like the pill is easy to swallow. There's no funny taste after taking the pill. I would suggest taking 2 pills instead of one if you find your cravings are strong.

Wish it would have worked for me.
For the first few days I noticed a little more energy. This has not curbed my appetite though. I took 2 after breakfast in the morning, because afternoon is when I really want to snack. Unfortunately it did not helpMe.

Be Patient...
The product works great! The only problem is to give it patience. The effects don't necessarily start immediately. For me it took about almost a week to see the difference.

I read the reviews. And the saffron has not worked for me. The reviews is showing it works for some and not for others. I’ll keep looking.
