Sunbeam Steam Master professional 1200 Watt Large-size Anti-Drip Non-Stick Soleplate Iron

I received an USED iron when I purchased a NEW one (water was still in the iron) and the iron did not work. Fortunately, Amazon's customer service was so helpful, they allowed me to ship it back for free the next day and refunded my money. Great customer service.

I love the retractable cord on this iron. Very good iron. Does what it is supposed to do. The retractable cord makes it a little heavier than some irons, but I like that it gives it stability on the board ( I am bad for knocking them off into the floor).

My wonderful Sunbeam iron finally died and I thought I was replacing it with the same model. Sadly, this one came with a teflon base plate instead of the stainless steel on my old iron. What a difference. This new one sticks on high heats whereas my old iron glided smoothly no matter the temperature. Also, the temperatures do not seem true on the new iron; the choice is either warm or hot with nothing in between (regardless of what setting you put it on).

Still using 8 years later!

I returned the iron and have not received my refund the iron did not heat up. Poor service no refund issued

I like the sunbeam iron because it has self cleaning, retractable cord, anti calcium and non stick plate. This is the best iron and the price is great

This is a very nice iron. Easy to handle, great temperature control, multiple settings, and a non-stick surface that really glides over the fabric. The only thing negative thing I have say about this iron is that it is very difficult to fill. I've tried everything to keep from getting water all over the place, but it is really hard to fill, so have a towel handy. Other than the fill issue, it's a great iron.

It works well I do like the feel and the way it irons.
