Element Case Solace Chroma Case for iPhone 5/5s - Retail Packaging - Gun Metal

I saw the Element Case website and really love the wood cases with metal ends. But not the price (200+). I'm very happy with this alternative. The case is very well made, very slim, and looks great. It feels good in your hands, adds little to the depth of the phone (so it still fits nicely in my pocket), and is very light weight. The buttons look and work very well and are easy to use without looking, like when your phone goes off in your pocket during a meeting.I have never been fully satisfied with previous iPhone cases because they either are too cheaply made and break, get too dirty, or are plain ugly and add bulk to the phone. Element case nailed it though and I will be upgrading to the wood when the new iPhone 6 comes home. Stylish.

Great case.. Just as described and very sleek and lightweight. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a protective case that will last. Paired it with a screen protector and having both is a plus

I head about Element Case a long time ago, when I had my iPhone 4. I liked their designs, but didn't like the price. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 5s, and wasn't happy with any cases I found. They usually make a nice looking phone look ugly, and often are annoying to put in your pocket, etc.I saw this Solace case, and decided to buy it. It's more than I wanted to spend, but it's a really nice case. It assembles easily, and makes an already nice phone look even better. Thoe only thing to note is that it doesn't offer any protection for the front. The edge around the front is very small. Personally, I like it that way. It looks and feels better than bulkier options.I put a tech armor cover on the screen.

This is a very slick looking case, but there is almost no lip on the front to protect the phone if you set it face-down on a surface. I'm also not sure how much shock protection it gives if you drop the phone on the one of the aluminum ends. I would think the shock would go right through the metal into the phone. I bought the Element Ion 5 case instead and prefer its thicker front lip and all-around shock and damage protection. Costs less too, while still being very attractive, if not as slick-looking as the Solace case.

I have had the Element Case Vapor pro for 4S, and this was a great oppertunity to get one for my 5S. I would have liked if a screen protector was included, but the quality is great. The only thing I would have liked was a white and silver version of this case. Also make sure that your phone is in place precisely otherwise it won't fit together during the install.

Do NOT buy this product. I love the design, it looked amazing and protected my phone. HOWEVER, I've had it 5 months and it broke without dropping it. I'm extremely careful with my phone. I expected better quality for an $80 case. My old cheap one cost $20 and lasted me years. Extremely disappointed and feel that the company should replace this case if it's going to be such terrible quality.

not what its hyped up to be. Bought this case because i wanted a case that would protect good and be slim because i didnt want a case that was 5 inches thick. This case seemed like what i was looking for since it was slim & seemed like it would protect my gold iphone 5s good. I was also hesitant about paying the $100. after i put this case on my phone for a few days it fell on carpet and my phone broke. then when i was taking the case off one of the screws wouldn't come off. somehow i got my phone out of it but literally the second time i tried to take off the screws. So i am returning it and planning on getting something else preferably not an Element Case

This has been the best case I've ever purchased for an iPhone. It's is extremely thin and lightweight. It was easy to install and does not impede my screen protector. Most people think the case is the actual phone because of how thin and form-fitting it is. What a bargain at this price too. I hope element makes a similar case for the iPhone 6 when it comes out!!

C'est le 4ème bumper Element Case que j'achète pour iPhone (4, 5, 5S et SE). Par rapport à d'autres références, la coque arrière et les bords latéraux sont en plastique, et non en métal. En général, ce genre de coque est livrée avec une house de transport (à tirette ou zippée), des vis de rechange et un micro tournevis Torx adapté. Là, rien, nada ! Vu le prix de l'article c’est scandaleux. Si je n'avais pas eu les outils des coques précédentes de la marque, je ne sais pas comment j'aurais pu installer ma coque !!! Je mets quand même 3 étoiles mais c'est parce que je suis fan de cette marque qui m'a sauvé plusieurs téléphones lors de chutes, mais si on tient compte du rapport qualité/prix et des accessoires non fournis, c'est plutôt 2 étoiles qu'il faudrait mettre, voire zéro pour celui qui ne pourra pas l'installer sans outils et fera un retour Amazon ...

Sono rimasta meravigliata da questa custodia. La descrizione dice che è super resistente ed invece una volta caduto il telefono si è già rotto un angolino in prossimità della vite. Negativo ----

El caja llegó sin precinto, osea que lo abrieron con anterioridad y no fui yo quien lo estreno. Como lo necesitaba ya, me lo quedé. Calidad de los materiales de primera calidad, super contento. Un producto de gran calidad. Decepción por no estrenarlo yo.
