Disappointed. Not what I thought it would be

So soft and low maintenance. No button enclosures make it impossible for my puppy to mess this up.

I bought this set for myself(50 year old woman) even though it says for girls. Love it. Surprised how soft the set is. Material is like a soft brushed cotton t-shirt. Fairly easy to put over the comforter. There are strings rather than zippers to ensure that the comforter is secured. The tighter you tie the strings a bit more of a ruched or pulled look to the ruffles which are only at the foot. Does look much better with a layered look like the photo. I also bought the Extra long 21 inch ruffled bed skirt on Amazon to go with it. I leave my flat sheet hanging rather than tucked so they are somewhat visible on the sides. It’s layered with the blanket hanging over sheet hanging over bed ruffle. All topped off with a folded throw. Similar to their pic. If you are looking for the dramatic effect like they have in the photo you may want to do the same. Otherwise I think it may be somewhat simpler than what you are expecting. Even my sons say they just want to crawl right in when they walk by it. Lol. Perfect for summer with a light and airy look.
