I have mild scalp psoriasis. This product made it worse and more irritated than before.*** Update: I tried this medicationon mild guttate psoriasis located on my stomach and it worked over night. The instructions clearly state to not apply this to irritated areas. I chose to ignore the instructions and apply it to an irritated scalp lesion anyway. This is why the lesions got worse.This seems to be effective but it's important to not apply it to extremely irritated regions. This product is very strong.

It's quick drying, and so, so much better than the thick coal tar because you don't need to occlude it. Since you don't need to occlude it, it's quicker and easier to apply, I apply it more often, which means my psoriasis gets better. I had two patches clear up completely, and about three more that I am working on (which are slowly getting smaller).Definitely glad someone made this product! It's made my life better.

When used twice a day ( morning and night in my case ) it completely cleared up my knees and elbows in about a month. I stopped using it and it took about a month before the elbows got all rough and flakey again. If you have mild to moderate psoriasis and wish to avoid the biologics and their side affects then this might be an option. You just need to be disciplined enough to use it twice a day as directed. Does not smell great but that fades completely shortly after use.

Have been using this for my psoriasis. Find this product works better for me than any prescription I received. As a coal tar based product I find the applicator top convenient and easy to apply. This product may make the areas that you use it on sensitive to sun. Be mindful of how you use it. For me it has been a success.

Great product, haven't been able to find a good coal tar product since the one I used for years was discontinued. Easy to apply directly from the bottle. Works great! Can't get away from the coal tar smell, but will buy again.

I applied Psorent per the instructions to the affected parts of my skin. It did absolutely nothing at all except make my skin extremely itchy. Yet another supposed treatment for psoriasis that does nothing.
