Rivals for Catan (and Rivals for Catan Deluxe) are 2 player card games. NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the Catan Board Game and its many expansions. Expand the possibilities and excitement when playing Rivals of Catan by adding these two specially designed expansions: Age of Enlightenment and Age of Darkness Expansions. Enlightenment Expansion has 125 cards divided between Era of Explorers, Era of Sages and Era of Possibility themed decks. Darkness Expansion has 90 cards divided between Era of Intrigue, Era of Merchant Princes and Era of Barbarians themes. Both expansions have game rules for utilizing the expansions and card indexes. Players can use 1 or both expansions when playing Rivals for Catan. Bonus of two gold metallic cloth drawstring pouches. Great for holding games parts and cards.
