Did not seem to do much for me.

Soon as of I received it as I was screwing the cap off there was no outer seal on the outside, no outer ring on the black cap ,an internal cap after you screw cap off inside the white seal was inside the cap had broken off as well the bottle was not fresh !! And was not new as they stayed on white sticker on side , as stated someone remove cap....!!
