Poseiden Adult costume

This costume was a hit everywhere we went! My husband looked great in it and got compliments everywhere...the belt did keep popping undone in the back whenever he bent over or sat down (it's adjustable w/ velcro closures) but that's not the fault of the costume - it's just b/c my husband is a big guy - next year, I'll just add an extra strip of velcro in the back to accommodate - it will be covered up by the sash/cape anyway. We purchased a (Rubies) Santa wig/beard set to go with it, and it looked great! ( Rubie's Costume Santa Beard and Wig Set ) We loved this King Neptune/Poseidon costume - pretty funny that the name was misspelled right on the package, though (Posieden, lol)

Bought this costume for my boyfriend to match my mermaid costume, and it was a hit! The quality is what you'd expect for a cheaper costume.. A little flimsy and thin with some poor stitching, but it wasn't a big deal! The only negative thing was that the Velcro belt was way too small and popped off every time he bent over. It says one size fits all, but it's quite small. We also bought the king Neptune wig and roman sandals too. Overall, a great costume for the price!

Biggest problem with this is that the pictures other people have posted look nothing like what you get. The crown is tiny, flimsy cloth. The Men's one size fits all belt would probably only fit a child. You literally get the skirt and tunic, which all together is most likely five bucks worth of fabric. You'd be better off going to a thrift store for a blue sheet and a white t-shirt.

Bought this for my 10 year old. He loves reading these books and wanted to be Poseidon. Never found a kid size. We just belted this up to his length and it was perfect. He LOVED it!!!

Looks too cheap and flimsy for the price. I expected a little better material. Also, belt's color left some marks on the costume.

Item is generally pretty good. Material is decent. The only problem is the belt is to small for adults and the crown is also small. I added material to both and made it work. Not to bad for the price.

The costume is average quality, about what you would expect for the price. Just be aware it does not come with the beard shown in the picture...I did not pay close enough attention and thought it was a complete costume.

Exactly like the description
