MoleskineClassic Dotted Paper Notebook, Hard Cover and Elastic Closure Journal, Color Myrtle Green, Size Large 13 x 21 cm, 240 Pages

It's just a lovely product. Although it's described as large, it doesn't feel like a large size ought to feel to me, but it's a good size for a notebook. I bought it to use as a vocabulary notebook in my language learning and it's comfortable for that (I've tried pocket size and that doesn't work for me because it feels too small and unwieldy).Moleskine do a good range of colours so you can make your notebooks really colourful over time. The paper is a little thinner than I would like but it remains a very nice product. The pocket at the back can be useful to store slips of paper like receipts in. The ribbon to keep your place in the notebook is always a nice touch.I would recommend Moleskine as a brand generally. My own preference is for the hardbacked notebooks although I have had the soft covers and they are perfectly adequate. I just look for something a bit more durable than that.

My new love, my bullet journal. B5 is just the right size, the hard cover is essential for train jotting and before bedtime note making, but finding a hard cover B5 dot grid had seemed impossible. If there is a lack, it would be the paper isn't thick enough for bujo artists (I'm just using biro) and I had to stick a pen holder on (pack of 5 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B075G8XBHW/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but I am a very happy bunny

I really like these books and have used them for years. This was a new colour to me and I’m very pleased with it.

I needed a notebook urgently for a project. I chose the Moleskine over my usual Leuchtturm as the latter wouldn’t get delivered in time. Medium in Leuchtturm Land (blue notebook) is A5. Medium in Moleskine World (red notebook) is a lot smaller and thinner. Disappointed, but it’s my error.The Moleskine paper has less tooth than Leuchtturm and is much smoother, which I don’t like. I feel I don’t write as neatly, but this is could be my imagination. It also feels ever so slightly less thick. I’ll be using ballpoint ink only so not an issue.The stitching of the Moleskine is actually much better than the last couple of Leuchtturm I’ve had. All of the pages lie flat, while the Leuchtturm stitching has been wonky in places.The hardback covers appear to be of equal quality.The Moleskine elastic is superior to the Leuchtturm. It’s thicker and tighter which I like.I will miss the extra ribbon but that’s neither here nor there really.Later - Interestingly, I’ve already found the smaller size of the notebook a little more convenient for its intended purpose, note taking while reading books. Hurrah. I may be a Moleskine convert yet.

More lines per page than average notebooks

I've been an avid Moleskine user for years now and I love the brand. You may think they are pricey but the notebooks are quality so you are getting what you pay for - and that's a sturdy, classy looking, durable notebook. This isn't my first notebook and it won't be the last...!

The product itself is great, however what was delivered was not what I thought I was getting. I thought that I had ordered a square graph jotter, instead I received a lined jotter. I wondered how this had happened so went onto the amazon website and found the squared jotter that I was looking for and chose it from the list. It then goes into a new window with all the products details. The zoom in function still showed squared pages. However when i changed the colour of the jotter from black to the one I had chosen it not only changed the colour it changed the squared pages to lined pages. I did not expect that changing the colour would change other things as well.

I wish I had read the reviews, the paper is too thin to write with anything other than a biro or pencil. Anything else bleeds right through.

The paper is quite thin, but other than that, this is a very great product! Quality is there

I love Moleskin journals. Sure, there are cheaper options out there but they have less pages and feel cheaply made. Moleskin journals are always sturdy, fun colors, and have a good amount of pages to work with. Happy Happy

I write daily and have many many moleskine books from over the years. The paper is excellent and doesn’t cause ink to smear or run. It’s excellently made and incredibly sturdy. They are worth the price if you want a good notebook that is important to you. I like this size because the paper is full sheet size. I have other sizes too for when I want something small for notes. All of them are great. Excellent brand. Haven’t found one better yet. Also very Gift-able they usually have special ones set on a theme. I guess I would like it if more patterns and covers were available. But there is soMething lovely about the simplicity too. They also have different fabric covers now. I haven’t checked those out yet. Anyone who writes would love it. They also have sketch books and other types other than lined so definitely a great gift.
