I ordered the wok (I accidentally burnt our Ikea one and wanted one with a lid) and was so excited because the prize on offer was A STEAL! Joke's on me, you buy what you get and there is obviously some defects on this and they're just trying to clear stock. DO NOT BUY! My FIRST order took 8 business days to arrive, which is pretty long in Amazon terms. When it did, a huge chunk was broken off of the back of the handle. I emailed Amazon about the issue on Tuesday 18/04 and by Thursday 20/04. I was so excited, figuring the first one was damaged in transport (even though the box was fine). I open up the SECOND and go to wash before use and there is RUST ON THE BRIM! Disgusting. The material that your FOOD goes into has already been compromised and this obviously isn't a transport issue! It was obviously not a transport issue, but poor product manufacturing. I thought this was meant to be a premium brand??? Harts of Sur (the supplier) won't take ownership so I have to deal solely with Amazon.

Use the wok twice and did not overheat and all bubbled on the bottomHad to return which I don’t do very oftenEnded up with one at £125 but it’s perfect
