I've never come across an Amazon product that can't be returned before and I'm not sure why it can't, apart from that they know they would get lots of them sent back! It's short, makes my specs stick out from my chest in a ridiculous way because it doesn't clear my lady lumps and just isn't fit for purpose. I bought some others at the same time - a multipack for £2 more than this single item - and they, fortunately, do the job. I never post negative reviews but when the seller won't engage or accept returns, I feel compelled to address the problem directly. As someone said, it's like something you'd find in a Christmas cracker (and would throw away...)

A great idea, poorly executed. After wearing for a few days, the cord came away from the metal ring. I wanted to return it but the Amazon website said no so I managed to stick it back together with super glue. It was not really of merchantable quality and would be expensive at half the price. Something you might expect to find in a Christmas cracker.

For me this is brilliant and well worth the money. I am always taking my glasses on and off all through the day and could never remember where I put them. I would waste so much time looking for them which was annoying and frustrating!!! I've been putting off getting a glasses cord as these mostly seem to attach to both arms of the glasses and I didn't like the cumbersome look but I'm delighted with the design of this one. The glasses hang neatly and don't 'swing about' and it is not a fiddle to get them on and off the ring. I hardly notice that I have them round my neck as they are so comfortable on their new cord. A great find!!

The black necklace on closer inspection looks second hand - it has frayed somehow.It broke as soon as I put it on - despite the stretchy band, the metal ring at the silver part, broke.I can't seem to get a replacement, as it was probably just one of those things.So... £8.99 down the drain!

You get what you pay for! Quality is like what you pay. It cheap, a useful gadget though. Should make a better quality and charged more money for it. Like I say a very useful gadget if you’re wearing glasses all day.Pls make the lope with silver next time. I will order. Thank youSun Trigg

This was a waste of money. It does not hold your glasses they keep falling off ... I have seen others ones now that have a rubber coating on half of the ring MAYBE they are better I don't know but this one is awful.

Item exactly as described by seller, delivered well before due date and in use 10 minutes after receiving. Good purchase for my wife and at a good price! J
