Ok, I have tried so many spider vein creams I have lost count. I have had laser therapy and sclerotherapy, which both worked, but were $$$. I wanted to see if there were any natural options out there and ran across this. I have been applying it once a day after I shower, and I am already seeing results after a few weeks. The smell is sweet. The product can be a little sticky right after applied, so give it a few minutes to dry before getting dressed. Highly recommend!

I have had spider veins on my legs for many years. I have had them lasered and I have had them injected with saline solution. They came back after both procedures. However, I decided to take a more "natural" approach after finding Clear Vein Creme by Derme. The ingredients are all pure and natural: Horse Chestnut, Grape seed extract and Witch Hazel all of which are recommended for their medicinal qualities for the reduction and repair of spider veins by the "Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants". This is a very light cream and it has a very mild scent and I don't believe it has any perfume. It goes on very smoothly and I would say it almost immediately reduces the redness and begins to shrink the spider veins. I have been very pleased after using the cream twice a day. I should say that I also began taking a supplement by mouth of Horse Chestnut (I buy them at Whole Foods) that I also think has contributed to my legs improvement. I have also begun walking 1 - 2 miles in the evening after I get home from work. I would definately recommend Clear Vein Creme to anyone who has this problem and who has finally decided to take a more natural approach. I have also started to use this wonderful creme on my face as I have some small broken capillaries on my nose and it is working! I have never given a review but I know that many women will be interested in knowing if they should invest in this product and I say, "YES!"

I have very bad legs, purple and blistered from poor circulation. The doctors can only recommend hosiery and told me nothing else can be done. I know it probably won't ever go away, but this cream really does.make a difference, even after one application in my case. It lessens pain and discoloration and swelling in the veins thrmselves. My husband noted the difference this morning and said, "you ARE going to keep using that, aren't you?" I ordered two more jars. I see that some folks say it doesn't work for them. It improves the problem without drugs or surgery. I call that a success.

I cant see any improvement and it seems to irritate my facial skin.

This really does work--but you need to use it diligently. No slacking. When I use it all the time, I do notice a big difference.

Does seem to be having some effect, but probably needs longer to tell. Certainly does cover facial veins. owrth a try for the cost.

This has not helped at all in removing my spider veins :(. Nice light scent and easy to use. I like the fact that it has natural ingredients in it, but disappointed it did not seem to help me, even with taking the horsechesnut supplement.

Pathetic product, stay away. its not working as promised

Does not work, save your money.

Arrive promptly and still waiting to see some results although they do seem to have faded a little.
