Impressive for the price!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this TurboWing camera/vtx/dvr combo to both record my flights and experiment with FPV flying, and I'm quite impressed with the performance so far. I'll post a short flight if you're curious about the video/audio quality. Ignore the red plastic visible in the corners, it's from a case I 3D printed to bundle everything together and protect the camera. I'm powering it from the balance lead on my battery using a Fat Shark FSV1607 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LMIKE0A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).For the FPV flights, I've only tested it with some cheap Eachine box goggles like these: https://www.amazon.com/EACHINE-Goggles-Headset-Glasses-1600mAh/dp/B06XWWPTGR/ref=sr_1_29?keywords=fpv+goggles&qid=1572725531&sr=8-29And, while I had to crank the output up to the max power to get a solid signal, the picture was clear and the range was impressive - tested to ~800-1000ft with only occasional interruptions. One thing to note is the output of these goggles is only 180mw, not 200mw as advertised based on some handwritten edits on the instructions included in the box.I paid $26.99 for these at the end of September 2019, and I would definitely recommend them for that price if you're just getting started in the RC hobby, FPV, or need something super light for a tiny whoop. It definitely won't be GoPro quality video at this price, but I don't think it's reasonable to expect it to be at under $30. Buying better goggles would likely increase distance and reduce static when flying FPV, and I plan on testing that soon.I'm deducting a single star because a couple of my recordings were corrupted by "rough landings", or spontaneously mid-flight. Luckily, VLC was able to repair the AVI files both times.
