Excellent product with great bass that completely changes how jeeps sound.Complete installation instructions even a dummy could install a+++Ps safe with dogs not damaging speaker and clamps down for the offroading ,so no sliding around

This was the greatest addition to my 2018 JK. Excellent sound at the right price. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, arrived in no time. I recommend this 100%, will leave more than 5 stars if possible, couldn’t be happier with this product.

When looking for a sub for the Jeep I knew I wanted a custom plug and play setup and this one fit the requirement. Like others in the reviews I was a bit nervous about having an 8 inch sub but with a solid amp pushing it I thought I would give this a try. Took about 1 hour to install, hardest part was fetching the wire to the battery through the hole in the door, but once we did that everything else was straight forward. After install we started up the car and turned on the radio, with the amp in the recommended preset settings, with little gain. What we found out was this little sub is amazing. Couldn't be happier with the sound. It has enough to shake the review mirror with enough punch to make rock and roll sound great and enough low to make pop and rap really good. The only thing I am not a fan of is removing the plastic insert in the well. I am going to add this back in and see how it sounds and I hope it allows me to keep the insert in place. Don't get me wrong, this is not a shake the car next to you sub, but more than enough to allow you to feel it in the car.Great product guys and now I understand why you built this with an 8 inch sub. If you are thinking of getting this, you need to. I waited for too long and I regret not getting this sooner, the instal was very easy and the result is far better. I’m not the type of guy to mess with wiring but this install is so easy I didn’t even worry about it. The actual output is crazy good and I barely keep the bass knob at halfway because I like a lot of bass but not too much. The packaging was very professional and it even came with certificates and things to show you they were tested as well as a phone number to call for personal help. The only downside to this is that getting a wire through the dash was a bit time consuming but no obstacle at all. You do lose the little cargo space but nothing important is lost. I also recommend fitting everything together before drilling the ground because I drilled the ground where the bar is used to hold the speaker in its spot. It’s not that big of a deal but it would’ve been better if I had checked first. Great product and even better sound

This is an outstanding sub.Massive amounts of bass. More importantly was the customer service. I have an aftermarket stereo and speakers, so the install was slightly different than with a stock system. Once connected, the remote bass control was not working. I send a message to the seller, and received a response the same day with a phone number to call to assist with troubleshooting on a Saturday! I spoke with Bob, who was exceptional both in his technical knowledge and kindness. In a just a few moments he was able to diagnose what the problem was, which was nothing to do with his sub, and the settings within my aftermarket stereo. He was able to give me instructions in how to adjust the stereo and talked me through it while staying on the phone with me the entire time. The system now works flawlessly and wow does it sound incredible.If you are considering this sub, have no hesitation. It's worth every penny and you will bot be disappointed!

This entire purchase has been fantastic! I purchased this subwoofer system and received it a week or two before I had expected it. It came with several pages of detailed instructions, which seemed daunting at first but following them step-by-step couldn't have been any simpler. I had the entire system wired and working in right at 1.5 hours. Once I had it turned on, I quickly realized it would put out far more bass than I would ever need. After dialing it in, the Jeep has never sounded better. Rich, deep and full sound inside the Jeep while being quiet with no rattling on the outside. It does sit about 4.5" above the floor height, which I had expected. My plan is to build a storage box to sit under the floor mat behind it and make the floor flush again. All in all, I could not be happier with this sub and wish I had purchased it a long time ago!

Quite impressive for its size. I chose this specifically for its size and because of the kicker sub/amp setup. I installed this a couple months back and have been very happy with it. Took a few hours to install because I ended up installing backup cameras since I had everything tore apart. TAKE YOUR TIME and I recommend mounting the bass volume knob right in the handbrake pocket. Works great to be able to adjust bass for song or turn all the way down when getting home... This thing is quite impressive, blends into the jeep well and thumps plenty. I play mostly Rock/metal. No need to mess with amp adjustments or anything like that. Price seemed kind of steep but once you factor in custom box, sub, amp its well worth it. UPDATE October '21 well over a year later still going strong. Came across this listing and had to update the review. Best upgrade to the jeep so far...

I was extremely skeptical of this setup. It performs and sounds beautifully - fantastic sound and quality. Keep in mind this is tapped into a speaker wire signal from the head unit. If you're running factory head unit, it can only perform as good as that head unit. If you're getting distortion and limitations at high volumes, it's going to affect the speaker too. However, it's a beautiful setup. Easy instructions, everything came with it to install. I was very picky about hiding wires and setup, took me about 1 hr 15 min total. Very impressed!!!
