Great product! I am 140 lb and 38” hip. I ordered a size medium. Fit fine. I have a small waist, but the shorts stayed up pretty good. I use the shorts when I am doing steady state cardio on the treadmill. You will definitely add extra sweat to your workouts!

These worked great! I bought my own so I didn't have to worry about wet suit sizes on a cruise excursion, as a plus sized woman, and these worked perfectly. Kept me warm and comfy, and even looked good (slimming) in photos. The pocket was very handy.

Good quality sauna sweat shorts with side pockets. Really comfortable, and really does the job of sweating during workouts. I took off 1 star due to the fact that the shorts smell like a rubber tire. I hand washed, hang to dry, still smell like rubber tire. It's not overwhelming, but you can still smell it. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. For reference, I'm 5'1, 121 lbs. a medium fit perfectly.

Funny when you search for women’s sauna shorts you see all these models with giant booties and tiny waists. I have neither. These were the most realistic looking shorts for my purposes and the pictures are true. Fit well and comfortable

If your trying to loose a few inches when exercising these really help. I was so thrilled to find a replacement for the ones that I have worn for years. I wear these when I walk in the morning and alot to the gym. You are going to sweat alot in the right spot!

Good quality product. I waited a week to make sure these do what they are suppose to. They are made well, comfortable and really make you sweat especially during your workouts! They are a little noisy as you move but that is to be expected of this type of material. I ordered an XL but probably should have ordered a LG as these were quite a bit loose on me. A tighter fit would have been better and then I could probably wear them under yoga pants to mute the noise of the pants. I am a med in yoga style pants, anywhere from a 6-10 in reg pants depending on brand, lol. I would definitely recommend these to help boost your workouts and lose some water weight.

Me i wear a medium as i have thick legs compared to most girls and the shorts run big in comparison to the normal medium i wear. Good quality material. The side pockets have worked well for holding money.
