How do I plant this seeds

Put them in small starter pots. 2 inches. You can just as easy use a lil mac and cheese bowl you made in the microwave for a single meal. I've used many different small starter bowls or 2 inch pots. Most seeds say... a quarter inch in depth, but I always go a half inch. Keep warm !

If you mean Scoville... then it's around 1.3 to 1.4 million. And this depends on where you get your information. CVU... I don't have a clue what that means.

What size is a mature plant?

I think it depends on the pot size. Last year, I grew it in a 2.5 qt pot. It didn't get very large. I grew it in late summer, early fall. It might have grown larger had I started earlier. I have another one that I have kept going since last summer, and it's still in the 2.5 qt. pot I started it in. I am shortly, going to upgrade the pot... expecting a much larger plant.

What is the Scoville rating on these? If theyre actually hot than ill buy some for my 24 pepper collection.
