Can I order only 2 large cushions

I have a 2 cushion couch and yes you can order it. Just look for the correct picture. I have a 72" couch so I ordered a large. Double check your cart so a 3 cushion cover doesn't end up there.

Does this cover the back of the chair all the way?

Yes the couch cover goes all the way down the back of our sofa. The cover even goes under bottom of my sofa like a fitted sheet. God Speed!! Jennifer

Description says t-cushion.. Pictures clearly show regular cushion.. Not good business operations.. Advertising people dropped the ball?

I agree that the picture doesn't match the description but, in truth, the cover stretches enough that it would fit a T-cushion as well as a regular cushion.

Im getting natural. The chair i will cover is dark brown. Will the chair fabric show through the natural chair cover?

I ordered a sand colored cover for a chair that has dark brown circle upholstery and nothing shows through. Not sure about the natural color.
