Works great in a safe. It protects from moisture damaging guns and rifles! Quality is good and I love how easy it is to recharge the unit!

I have a larger safe and it sits in the garage where it can get quite humid and this thing has been keeping my safe right at the 50% where ot should be. 10/10 would recommend.one thing to note the instructions are a bit off talking about the color but blue it dry, pink is wet.

Keep my safe dry. Seem to take a little more time then they should to dry back out. Maybe it’s me. I don’t know.

This works perfectly for an enclosed area. I recharge the silica gel monthly, even if not totally exhausted.

got this to use in my safe in addition to a plug in heating rod. cant be too careful when it comes to preventing rust on expensive tools. easy to recharge, i use a wifi plug with timer so i dont have to worry about leaving it plugged in too long

These are perfect for the safe and camper. They are going to take up space in a smaller safe. We use more than one in the camper. They dry fairly quickly. It is important to note they get fairly warm when being dried. Be careful what you lay them one while drying.

Sorry to say but this thing would not even work in my 10x2x8 feet (160 cubic feet) closet. I had less humidity in the room then in the closet and the room was ~59% humidity, closet ~62%. With the closet door open, humidity dropped, but was never able to get it lower then room humidity. Crystals were blue and my humidity sensor is a Ruuvi tag sensor. Would have been such a nice unit if it would have worked.

Works as intended. Use it for dehumidifying my optical rig.

Bought two of these for each safe and they seem to work good in my home safes and the front glass seems to be a tad misleading colour wise but it takes about two weeks to month to fully need recharging. And they have taken a considerable amount of moisture from my safe. Customer support is also amazing with this seller.

It's sad that I have to return this product as their other product "Hornady 95902 Dehumidifier Canister" works quite well, it reduces humidity by 15-20% while this product barely does anything, maybe 5%-10% but it doesn't last more than a few days before it needs recharghing. Even the color indicator isn't obvious, it needs recharging way before it changes to pink
