this is 6 full watch, with 6 wrist and face.

As far as I know, no. Nor are they water resistant. But they were a nice gift.

No instructions. I don’t want to break these trying to figure out how to turn on . Anyone know how to work these ?

There's a small clip you have to pull out in order to get it to work. Then you can adjust the time.
