I've been using this product for about a year. It works great. I get restless legs when I am tired. I take this right when going to bed and it helps them relax in about 20 minutes and this PM formula helps my mind calm down and I sleep well.

Thank you restful legs.
My husband was on a powerful medication that cost 💲 a lot. He had a hard time keeping awake. We weaned him off of that medication and began him on restful legs for his restless legs and glory be that worked. Was I pleasantly surprised! He seldom even needs that anymore.
