Women’s Silky Lace Bodice Nightgown Flowy Sleeveless Sleepwear

Am always hesitant to buy stuff sight unseen but based on the reviews, I took a leap. Boy is this beautiful. Almost makes me wish I had a honeymoon to wear it on! It is very see through and I need to wear it on stage so I’m going to have to find a slip. But if this was just for every evening wear, it’s perfect. I bought the 1x based on the chart. It actually camouflages problem areas and accentuates other areas very nicely. Very silky and the perfect length. I’m thinking of getting the matching robe.

I ordered this in the blue color, actually hoping it would be closer to the royal blue in the photo instead of navy. I can tell you it’s lighter than navy, but a bit darker than royal blue. Color aside this thing is comfortable and elegant. the best part is that it’s long enough on me to hit my ankles, which as a tall girl a lot of these nighties tend to hit me mid shin.

I have always wore these gowns and they got hard to find ..

Sewn on tags itched and had to be removed.

I've bought quite a few of the Shadowline Petals Flutter Sleeve Long Gowns for myself and family through the years. I should have bought another one of those, because this style, with the fitted lace bust in not flattering for someone with some weight in their middle section. It made me look pregnant from the side, even though earlier in the day I'd worn clothes that made me have a nice waist. Unless you are someone who has a model figure, who is slim, I would recommend you stay away from this style & go with one of the aforementioned gowns which are forgiving of a stomach. One reason I will keep this gown is that it is very thin, cool & comfortable when you're sleeping, however when you're out of bed the thing is so thin (this periwinkle color, at least) that you might as well be wearing nothing.

I like the product but is a bit long.when I sit down it goes to my floorapart from that I love it.I buy another in red and alter the length by 4 inches.I also like see through me.ps I add this under a normal light bulb not see through.when I tried it with these long strip light on my kitchen ceilingabove and behind me it was nice and see through.

This is a lovely nightgown. The only drawback is it is quite see through. Would have been nicer with a second layer. Nice fit.

Love this gown. Flatters my 1x size. Fits as should and gives some support to my 44DD breasts. Is a little see through so only ment for the one you want to see. I bought the Peri blue because it was the least expensive, however now that I know what it is like i will purchase the black and red. All and all I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought the nightgown and matching housecoat in the violet colour. It is see through which is why I bought the housecoat. It was too long though. I’m 5’5” and I was tripping on the nightgown and the straps were also too long. I took it to a seamstress and had 4 inches taken off the nightgown and housecoat and inch off the straps. Now it fits perfectly and looks great. I would have bought another set if it weren’t for this sizing problem. This is the first clothing online purchase I’ve done so it’s not likely I would buy clothes online again as I’m not a standard size.

This item appears very cheap due to poor fabric quality . The extremely tight elastic lace below the bust is very restrictive to breathing & simply impossible to tolerate with any degree of comfort but the remainder of the gown is massive . The model’s photo is nothing like the real night gown . The price is far too high also — a Disappointment all around . DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LOVE the INCONVENIENCE of RETURNS
