Is there tallow in the soap?

They are ok probably won't buy them again

Description says they are reusable - how does one clean the pads so they are free of bacteria etc to reuse?

I don’t follow the instruction they have how often to use. I only use it once for pots & pans after I am done cooking. I have the hexclad pans I love so much and any soaps left overs, I use it to clean my kitchen sink after all dishes and pans are cleaned.
