What is the shelf life of this product?

when mine was delivered the use by date was 2023 (order this year 2020)

could I only use these tablets for long study hours?

Are these suitable for running? I'm starting to do longer distances and could do with something to give my energy level a boost that isn't lucozade

Although glucose will cause a rapid rise in your blood sugar reading it would be followed by a rapid lowering of it. My niece does long distance runs over the Cumbrian fells and does not consume glucose. She has a sustainable meal of long acting carbs before the run - e.g. a bowl of porridge with no sugar. Long distance runners often have a pasta meal before a run.
