Good quick fix
Fits the key for a Suzuki vitara, hides the scotchtape holding the housing together and reasonably priced. However, Amazon shipped this tiny item in a box approximately 2 x 4 x 8 inches.

Cute colour and just what I was looking for. Only qualm is that the little corner bit where you loop your keys onto is SO chubby now, which is annoying to get a small caribeener on that I typically have on my car key for easy release.
