Good quality for the price.
I had reservations about buying this helmet. I read many reviews before purchasing. I am very glad I purchased it. The helmet arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. The seller added extra bubble wrap/mailer tucked under the visor to prevent it from cracking during shipping as others had mentioned. The helmet looks very good and fits well. It has a quick release chin strap that is easy to use. I had to tighten the chin strap almost all the way to keep the helmet on properly. I have just a little room left to tighten it. I donโt think that should be a problem for anyone. I just wanted to mention as there is an extra long piece of strap that I need to tuck up or away for riding. There are several air vents in the helmet, they are not adjustable or able to be closed. I am not sure all the โventsโ are functional. The front chin vent is a little smaller than the grate on the front and is functional. This chin vent will allow lots of air flow in your helmet. The non closing vents are not a problem for me as I always kept them open on my old helmet. The padding is removable and snaps in and out. The outer clear visor seems to be of good quality and operates smoothly. It has 3 detents, full open, half open, and closed. I like the flip down sun visor on the inside. I havenโt used it riding yet but always hated putting sun glasses on under my clear shield or riding at night with my tinted shield. This idea seems to take care of this issue. Overall I am very happy with it. I will try and update after I have several hours on it. This is a very good quality helmet for the price. I would recommend this helmet to anyone looking for a good quality lower budget helmet. I hope this helps anyone with their decision and have added a few photos to help.

It says dot approved.... We'll see in the future
Haven't crashed yet. Good secondary sun visor. Fits great, light weight enough for the price point. Not bad Amazon.

Cool helmet but size runs small, audio is iffy, and instructions are bad
I like the helmet design overall but I had to order a second one as the large was way too tight on my cheeks, it otherwise fit well. Got no response from customer service on replacing the pads with thinner ones as mentioned in the description. Ordered the extra large and it fit perfectly until I put the S2 plus in the helmet. Thereโs no cut outs for the ear phones to fit in so they squeeze tight to your ears. I was starting to get used to the extra tension against my ears when I switched to the fm radio option and found out that you canโt turn the volume down to a reasonable level. I thought maybe I wasnโt pushing the right button because the volume wasnโt changing but it made the minimum and max volume beeps. Even in the lowest setting the radio is likely to blow your ears out in fm mode. You can take the helmet off and hear it clear from outside. Bluetooth mode audio adjusted just fine, but the instructions are reversed from the actual operation. The instructions also donโt really explain how to install the S2 past a vague description on the actual mount. Decent helmet but it definitely has its nuances. Add some cutouts for the ear phones to fit properly. Fix your instructions. Fix the audio on the fm. If the audio is a defect then send a replacement and Iโll revise the review. Otherwise, great helmet for the price, just make sure you order a size up or be prepared to order another.

Nice helmet and good price
We ordered these in several sizes to use with our side x side. The visor on top keeps the sun out of your eyes for most of the day. The dark shield is great so you don't need sunglasses while riding. The clear face shield does a perfect job of keeping the wind out of your face. It has a lot of vent areas that allow fresh air in, without letting in the dirt. We really like the quick release buckle on the helmet. Once you get the straps adjusted to your liking you just click it on or off and it still has very small adjustments that use you make with just the buckly. We measured our heads according to the manufacturers size chart. We went with those to order the sizes we need. Their chart ran smaller than other manufacurers, but using their chart, we got what we needed. They fit snug, but are comfortable. They look really cool too.

Good value for the money
Arrived well packaged, light weight and well made. Visors both work smooth. Replacement visors could be a problem as it is not a big name brand but for 40 bucks it is a good value. Sizing chart works but it fits very snug but I imagine after a few hours of wear it will fit perfect. Looks good and fit and finish is very good. It is DOT certified for whatever that is worth today. Good looking, Very good vision, I did not have an issue with the tinted visor obstructing vision as some reported. Some reviewers expected a race quality Bell or Shoei for 45 bucks. If you need a safe budget ATV or dirt bike helmet I would highly recommend. If you are looking for something to take a Hayabusa to 170 MPH go buy a $700.00 pro helmet. Ride safe.

Great helmet
Not sure how anyone has a negative thing to say about this helmet. Sizing was perfect and accurate. Fit is great and comfortable. Is it a $600 helmet, no. Wind noise is moderate but tolerable. Good airflow. The sun visor is awesome. The clear visor hold position well if you are looking to vent a little. Overall the price is awesome and the helmet is a fantastic buy. I bought the carbon fiber and get compliments on it...I love it.

Great value!
This is a very nice helmet at a very good price. The visor system is exactly what we wanted. We love the Matt black finish as well.

Great for riding...with some caveats
I bought this as a replacement for a previous helmet. I've only had it for about a week, but so far so good. Here are the pros/cons: Pros - feels sturdier than my previous helmet. Reviews stated that you should size up, so I did, but it felt very wobbly. I used that size (a Medium) to go with a Medium here and it's very snug, but that's not a bad thing. It doesn't feel like it's flopping around, especially as I ride to work (I take an electric scooter); this is especially true now, where it's winter and morning temps are now high 40s and low 50s. The shield is incredible - I honestly forget that I even have it down because it's incredibly clear. Cons - This is definitely not a helmet for anyone that wears glasses. I tend to wear glasses during the winter (and wear contacts in the summer) and decided to wear glasses one day as I was out of contacts. My glasses barely stayed on my face because I wasn't able to actually put the arms over my ears. The day after, I went back to wearing contacts. The shield will fog up if you aren't constantly moving. Again, I don't know what it's like during the summer, but currently, it's winter, so when stopped at a stop light, the shield will start to fog up. It's worse when wearing glasses, but I discovered that if you lift the shield slightly, the fog will dissipate. A big con for me is the inability to wear my earbuds with this helmet. On an upside, the snugness of the helmet tends to keep the buds mostly in my ears, but as soon as I take the helmet off, the earbuds fall out. I wish I had gotten the helmet with the bluetooth headset, but have since purchased one, so we'll see how that goes.
