I have been taking yolked for almost two months and I can really feel my muscles growing 💪 I had two back surgeries almost two months ago and I read that yolked would help aid in surgery recovery so I decided to give it a try and I think it might be helping

Hard to know if this is making a difference, I'm taking it to help preserve muscle while in calorie deficit. That said, it seems to be very effective as a bedtime snack for me. I add it to Greek yogurt with a scoop of glycine and it tastes like tart yellow cake batter.

This product is one of the few supplements I've tried that actually works. I've used it for years. It doesn't seem like it should work since it's just some form of processed egg yolk but it does. And yes, it isn't cheap, but I think the key ingredient is patented so they've sort of got a monopoly on it.

I took it everyday for four months and am unable to say if it provided any edge in my training or improved my musculature. I believe I gave it a fair chance to show a noticeable improvement. I’ve been working out for twenty years. I believe Yolked’s effects are mild at best. Tastes good though!

This stuff is another pathway to muscle, Myostatin pathway. DYOR on that... Been taking this in the morning for a bit and I notice a difference. My muscles after this last week feel bigger. It feels like I am on something. All I know is I didn't change anything else, took Yolked and my shirts feel tighter than they did. Beyond the myostatin benefit, it is a quality egg yolk that would seem to offer nutrition for other hormones like testosterone.

I actually think I saw benefits from this. I was surprised. Had low expectations but saw improvements in body comp, lean mass, better workouts, etc. May buy again but looked for other options as it is insanely expensive. When looking for other options I found out that Trader Joes carries fertilized eggs. Supposedly all fertile eggs contain bioactive follistatin (active peptide here). Not sure if the processing in this product makes it more bioavailable or active but I am trying 2 fertile egg yolks a day for a while before purchasing again. Would recommend this product if you have the funds but wanted to share what I found in case it way help others save some money and get the same results.

This stuff works. Easy to digest read instructions. Helps body to process protein to build muscle. Mixes with anything but not hot. I went with subscribe and save, there is noticeable increase of muscle strength and firmness. Happy with purchase.

After the first couple of days I adjusted to the taste and now I crave it! Not sure just how much it helps. Should probably use as a post workout recovery. I wish it had more protein.
