Great idea, needs to be stronger
The fit is perfect, you can use the supplied smartphone mount or use a gopro or similar Action Camera Mount. My only issue is the strength of the 3D printed plastic used, heavy phones likely will break this mount. I recommend a velcro strap around the base of battery door and bottom of controller to avoid breakage. Recommend with the above considerations.

Average cell phone mount
A easy cell phone camera mount. The only issue is will not hold larger smart phones. The overall plastic seems weak, only time will tell. The swivel screw does not tighten up well. Note: it take a little getting used to driving your vehicle while looking at a phone filming.

Figure out another way. These brake easily.
Just like the other pictures shown, the tabs break off so very easily. Luxury replaced my first one bit ignored my messages when my second one broke. 3 D printed material is not nearly strong enough.
