This is not a question for end users. Pure maple syrup does not contain any oil as an ingredient. Foaming does not necessarily happen when boiling sap, but when it does, it can also be skimmed.

Can you please add needs to be refrigerated after opening to the label?

If it’s hot packed it shouldn’t need refrigerated. If it’s not then it should. Lack of ‘refrigerate after opening’ statement leads me to think it’s hot packed and not necessary. Unless of course it takes you a long time to use it up.

You advertise this as being from vermont when it's not. it's also from canada. who certifies your canadian syrup as organic? i know it's not qai.
