***2nd UPDATE*** Can’t remember if this is my 3rd or 4th Order if these but I was out& with Mother’s Day approaching I knew my Mama & Sister were again in need of these as it seems they grow legs & walk off when any male relatives or teens are around so again I stocked up gave both Mama & Sister 2 reach they work wonders in thick nails & especially toenails needless to say I probably should have bought more & will be ordering more in the future. Just be sure to follow the nail filing rules: file only in one direction do not saw back & forth as this will make your nails crack & split. If you’re not sure about how to file properly lookup online the proper nail filing technique YouTube has tons. I love the ergonomic design & sturdy construction of these files. I’m no pro but lots of friends & family use me to do their mani/pedis so I keep each one separate for them to prevent germs. I recommend if you attend a foot spa or the like you either take one of your own or be sure they open a sanitary package of utensils & I give each family/friend one of these & their own mani/pedi tool kit for them to bring to each appt & I still wipe them down with alcohol before & after each use. I have tried several files but these are by far the most popular as well as my personal favorite **UPDATE** These were a hit over Christmas! I used them as stocking stuffers & had every single person actually come ask me where I got them! My sister had her husband to steal hers so I gave her 2 more for her Birthday the next day my aunt called asking where she could find them & saying how much both she & my uncle loved them (so much so he took hers too!) The other day my mother asked for more too & now I’m out & I had ordered 2 packs of them! So today I’m back reordering for the fam & myself because if you set them out on the coffee table or in the living room we found they walk off! I can’t believe I’m out again!!! I think this time I’ll order 4 packs & hide 1 pack where others can’t grab them! They are also great for pet owners because although my groomers do an excellent job by 2 dogs paw nails are always jagged when they clip the. So a couple of swipes help us not be covered in scratches each time we are greeted at the door. They are excellent on toe nails especially on those on men who hate files because they take very few swipes to get the shape required. I haven’t had a chance to try on acrylic nails but having had acrylics on & off for 25 years I know they will work well. I now do my own acrylics & am anxious to try them out when I apply my next set. These are wonderful quality files that last a long time the reason I keep buying more is bc EVEYONE wants to keep them! They are easy for those of us (like me) who suffer from arthritis as they don’t require much pressure or a lot of swipes to file down even the strongest thickest of nails are easy to shape with these guys. Tip: do not saw the nails when using ANY file instead swipe in one direction at the time to prevent jagged edges & damage to the which causes hang nails & splits/cracks. *Original Review: First impressions upon trying to file with the. For the first time I found them to be Rougher than I expected but feel they will work great for toes or those with acrylics which is what I will use them for. The curved design is very ergonomic making filing a breeze.

These nail files are so much nicer than the cheap ones I was buying at Target and Walgreens. And, yet, they’re very reasonably priced. They are double sided with a very fine grit on one side, and a medium grit on the other. I love the round edge on the one side. It’s really helpful with filing at tough angles. I wouldn’t recommend these for thick fingernails toenails, or acrylic nails. I highly recommend this type of nail files.

These are the best files I have used in a long time! There are two grits on each file. One side it rougher that the other side. Works well on both hands and toenails. Worth the price!

These files are fantastic. Very durable. I’ve bought files where the grit falls off easily, but these are well-made. They stay abrasive for a very long time.

Used this on my thin natural nails and am impressed with the grit. They appear to be of high quality, and I hope they prove to be long lasting.

Used with gel nails to remove gel polish and buff down myself. They're very sharp at the edges and will cut the cuticles. However, they're extremely useful in taking off bulk and thickness. One file lasted me a full 10 nails removing a lot of bulk, with plenty of use left on it. These will last a long time. But... be careful around the cuticles. They HURT when you scrape the skin and will leave little cuts if you're not careful. I wish these things would come with guards on the edges!

I bought these files to removes hard gel nails myself, and the worked perfectly. The file is very coarse and strong. I only needed to file each finger for a few minutes to get the hard gel off. I would definitely buy again.
