To distract Elsa from a gala being planned in her honor, Anna fills her schedule with fun bonding activities. But what starts as a distraction turns into an adventure when they find a secret door leading to passageways within the castle walls—and the door locks behind them, trapping them inside! Then, as they explore the narrow passages and sealed-off rooms, looking for an exit, spooky things start to happen. Echoing laughter, mysterious patches of cold air, odd arrangements of clothes and furniture...what could be causing all these strange events? With Elsa’s powers and Anna’s ingenuity on their side, they’re more than a match for whatever they find—if they can just find it in time! Packed with humor and heart, Phantoms of Arendelle will keep readers guessing right up until the last page. Review: A fantastic story but... - I haven't even finished this book yet, and that's not by choice... I would have devoured this story in a heartbeat because it's just so GUSH WORTHY! But since I'm currently reading it in a book club, I'm forced to pace myself... I'm a giant Frozen fan and I absolutely adore Elsa and Anna! And this book is such a delight because it catches their personalities so well! Tons of funny, awkward and just too darn cute sisterly moments that had me laughing my head off and brought tears of joy to my eyes. It's a blast to read! The downside to this book is the chapters are sooo short and leave you wanting more! Also, WHY is there no physical copies available?!? I would love to have this book in my book collection. :( Review: Very good! - Very good so good that I miss reading it but sadly I can't read it again! It's very long for some reason! Why! Well I like that it's longer then most chapter books I have read! I like that I really like! It's a really long book! You'll probably hate it when your done reading it just like me! I really like chapter books! Ok I really really really love them! I'm always so sad when I am done with a chapter book! If you are like me you know how it feel!

Enjoyable
I read this to my daughter JJ who received it as a Christmas gift from her younger sister Kaleigh. We read it together and enjoyed it. It is about Anna and Elsa searching for a ghost and the irony that ensues. I removed an extra star because there are some scenes my daughter didn't understand fully.

Cute little story
I've purchased a few Frozen story books, but most of them are mostly for toddlers with either too little story or a repeat of the movie. Phantoms of Arendelle is definitely what I've been looking for. It focuses on Elsa and Anna with all their fluffy sisterly goodness. Reading it made me so giddy, I love these two sisters together. I hope they would release this as a hard copy complete with illustrations and not just kindle. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It was pretty good
It was a little predictable but other than that it is a good book. I'd recommend it to kids who like frozen.

This is a really sweet story that perfectly captures the vibe of the movie
This is a really sweet story that perfectly captures the vibe of the movie, and manages to nail the voices of the characters as well (a hard task when writing for kids). It's too advanced to read to my toddler, but I actually enjoyed reading it myself. Lots of good humor and witty dialogue.

A good book
This was a fun book to read together but my 8yr old son was disappointed in the ending. I thought it was fast-paced and well-written.

Fun reading for my 7 year old daughter
Some of the writing is repetitive but it’s ok if you read fast enough. It doesn’t matter if your child has seen Frozen 2 or not. Completely stand-alone story.
